    We are looking for people with a positive attitude who can commit to completing the berry harvest. You will need to have good communication skills, be able to follow direction and prove yourself as a team player.


    With a seasonal team of over 400 people on site, from over 35 different countries, Burlington is a fun and busy place to be. Throughout the year, planting, growing, monitoring the crops and maintaining and sustaining the farm infrastructure is our focus. Come October/November, the crops are ready to be harvested and our focus is solely on producing, picking and packing perfect berries up until early June.
