We’re seeking a proactive and technically minded MSP Service Delivery Specialist to take ownership of customer orders, coordinate IT projects and ensure the successful delivery, implementation and onboarding of our products and services.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in IT service delivery, MSP operations or technical project coordination who enjoys taking responsibility, working independently and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Order Management & Service Delivery

• Manage customer orders and IT projects from sales handover through to successful delivery and completion.
• Coordinate ordering, provisioning, deployment and activation of Managed IT, Networking, Cloud and Cybersecurity solutions.
• Manage project schedules, milestones, resources and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, vendors and internal technical teams throughout the delivery process.
• Oversee customer onboarding, implementation, testing and final service handover.
• Proactively resolve delivery and project challenges, seeking specialist technical assistance when required.
• Maintain accurate documentation, provide regular updates and ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Utilise MSP platforms, including Autotask PSA, Datto RMM and IT Glue, to manage service delivery, customer onboarding and documentation.
• Maintain accurate operational records, workflows and service delivery processes in accordance with established MSP best practices.

Skills & Experience

• Experience in IT service delivery, MSP operations, technical implementation or project coordination, preferably within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
• Good understanding of IT infrastructure, Microsoft 365, networking, cloud services and cybersecurity solutions.
• Ability to independently manage multiple customer orders, projects and priorities with minimal supervision.
• Strong organisational, time management, problem-solving and communication skills, with a proactive and customer-focused approach.
• Experience coordinating IT deployments, service provisioning, customer onboarding and technical teams.
• Familiarity with MSP platforms, particularly Autotask PSA, Datto RMM, IT Glue or similar IT service management and project management tools.
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to take ownership, work collaboratively and seek technical assistance when required.
• Relevant IT or project management certifications will be highly regarded.
