Our client is currently working on a high profile rail project and is coming into the last 3 months of fitout across heritage-platform works. With a high reputation in the commercial space across both Fitout and Building works, they have excellent client relationships and have a solid pipeline of work.

Your new role

Based on site in Sydney's inner west on a large scale rail project, you will be managing a number of different trades, and you will be responsible for OH&S, inductions, contractor co-ordination and overall site management across the fitout stages on a heritage station platform. You will run OH&S inductions and adhere to a strict policy, supervise all site progress. A Rail Industry Worker (RIW) card is required.

What you’ll need to succeed

* RIW Ticket
* 5+ years’ strong fit out experience-across-metro, rail, commercial or industrial projects.
* Trade background preferred
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
* High attention to detail and the ability to work unsupervised
* Enthusiasm to work within the team and work cooperatively
* Valid White Card and First Aid
