Travellers at Work Cancellation Policy

1. This policy only applies to memberships purchased on the Travellers at Work (TAW) website, in the 3 month membership package, the 6 month membership package, or the 12 month membership package.


2. Once your TAW membership payment has been processed you will not be eligible for a refund if the problem is outside the control of the provider or if you:

  • change your mind
  • insist on having a service provided in a particular way, against the provider’s advice
  • fail to clearly explain your needs to the provider

3. TAW does not guarantee to find you employment in your specific desired industry or location


4. TAW reserves the right to update and edit the content of the service


5. No refund(s) will be payable in relation to any membership(s) which, for whatever reason, were provided free of charge


6. Any refund granted will be given in the same form as the original payment
