Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner
• Listen actively to understand customers' needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring a positive resolution and customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to address customer concerns and improve overall service delivery
• Actively supporting fellow members of the customer service team by sharing the workload and by actively participating in team
meetings to help drive the business forward.
We are looking for candidates who have the following attributes:
• Customer focused, preferably in Ecommerce
• High attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to easily engage and communicate with customers and team members alike
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
• Demonstrated problem solving skills
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• At least 12 months experience in customer service

This role will report to the Customer Service Team Manager and work closely with the Head of Customer and People, Product Development, Product Technician and Warehouse Teams. It will suit someone who has a ‘can do’ attitude and who can adapt to a changing role when required. Prior experience in customer service is needed, and full training and support will be provided. This role will require excellent organisational skills, as well as excellent verbal and written communications skills. This is a great opportunity to boost your career.
This is position is working the hours of 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, with an 8am team meeting every second Wednesday each month. At Hoselink we understand our business is only as good as team, so looking forward to seeing what you can offer.
