Your new role

As a Site Supervisor, you will oversee the structural phase of a major commercial high-rise project. Your responsibilities will include:

* Supervising and coordinating the work of subcontractors and tradespeople.
* Ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
* Managing project timelines and ensuring milestones are met.
* Liaising with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
* Conducting regular site inspections and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.

What you’ll need to succeed:

* Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in a Tier 1 or Tier 2 company.
* Experience on commercial high-rise projects.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Relevant trade qualifications or certifications.
