An opportunity currently exists for a Site Manager with strong finishes experience to join a reputable builder based on the northern beaches. Our client has a successful portfolio of residential developments across Sydney. There is currently an opportunity to join a commercial residential project. This 8-storey apartment build is one of the high-end projects that this client is currently working across that they are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join.

Your new role

Reporting to the Project Manager you will be responsible for the finishes aspect of the project, including all OH+S requirements, trade coordination and the timely completion across the project.

What you will need

As the ideal candidate for this role, you will have previous finishes experience working on residential development projects.
