An opportunity currently exists for a Project Manager to join a reputable builder working across a $10 million commercial project in Western Sydney.
The company is currently expanding into the Sydney market, so require someone to come on board to lead the project with their knowledge across commercial projects, industry and the Sydney area.

Your new role

Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for the project from start to completion, from early works through to structural, finishes and defect aspects of the project, as well as ensure all OH+S requirements are maintained throughout the timely completion across the project.

What you will need

As the ideal candidate for this role, you will have previous Project Management experience across a range of commercial building projects ideally up to $50 Million. You will have prior experience in putting together a schedule of work programs as well as ensure this runs smoothly throughout dealing with any arising issues.
