Your new role:

As the Site Supervisor, you will oversee a major commercial project valued up to $200 million in Parramatta, Sydney. Your primary responsibility will be to manage all on-site activities, ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

What you’ll need to succeed:

* Proven experience in supervising construction projects valued up to $100 million in a Tier 1 or Tier 2 company.
* Strong background in managing both structural and finishes aspects of commercial buildings.
* Exceptional leadership skills to inspire and manage subcontractors and on-site teams.
* Ability to foster a positive and productive work environment, building strong relationships with all stakeholders.
* Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality on site.
* Proficiency in monitoring project progress and reporting to senior management.
