As the Structures Foreman, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the structural phase of our construction projects. What You'll Need to Succeed:

* Proven experience as a Structures Foreman in the construction industry, having worked on projects up to $100 million.

* Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and safety protocols.

* Excellent leadership and communication skills.

* The ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
