Site Manager - Permanent - Sydney

With extensive expertise in remediation and restoration, and a robust project pipeline and a supportive team environment, we offer an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Site Manager to join our ranks.

Your new role
As a Site Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. You will be responsible for coordinating with various stakeholders, managing site staff, and maintaining high safety standards. Majority of projects are based in Sydney CBD.

 

* Manage and supervise all on-site activities.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
* Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors.
* Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation.
* Foster a positive and productive work environment.

What you'll need to succeed


* Proven experience as a Site Manager, ideally within a Tier 2 construction company.
* Strong understanding of construction processes and safety regulations.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and administration skills.
* Ability to work independently and use initiative.
* Comfortable managing a smaller team.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
* Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
