Role: Nightshift Site Manager Location:
Sydney CBD

Our client is an established builder who works on key commercial refurbishment projects across Sydney. They currently require a Nightshift Site Manager to manage a key project in the CBD commencing immediately.

Your Role:

* Lead and supervise trades and subcontractors.
* Ensure the schedule and key targets are met.
* Oversee the night shift efficiently and safely
* Liaise with Dayshift Site Manager with daily handovers.

What you will need to succeed:

* Ability to manage all trades and subcontractors across site independently.
* Previous experience across commercial retail refurbishment projects.
* Extensive safety management.
* Valid First Aid

This is a contract Nightshift Site Manager role starting immediately with an excellent hourly rate.
