Love Shack Brewing Co is a well-established venue and brewery in Castlemaine, known for its good vibes, full-flavoured beer, great food and chilled but professional service. We're expanding our crew and looking for experienced bartenders and all-rounders to join our team!

What we’re looking for:

Availability on weekends and public holidays a must
A passion for beer, people and delivering excellent customer service
Bar experience is a must
Floor and table service experience will be highly regarded
A team player with a positive attitude, good problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently when needed
Must have or be willing to attain an RSA
A bit about you: 

A beer loving, fun having individual with a passion for hospitality. Ideally, you’ll have at least a  couple of years of hospitality experience, preferably behind a bar with a solid knowledge of Beer, Wine, Cocktails and floor service. You’re good with people and are able to converse with anyone who comes through the door. Your ability to problem solve, prioritise, work with a team and also independently is a huge bonus! You don’t have to be a beer genius or a cocktail pro, but a willingness to work hard and learn will go a long way.

Think Australiana kitsch, country tunes, dart games and a friendly conversation or two. We take pride in our beers, modern australian pub food, friendly efficient service, supporting local producers and providing an all-around great experience for the community.
