Role: Contract Site Manager

Location: Sydney CBD

Our client currently requires a Site Manager to manage a key project in the CBD commencing at the end of April.

Your Role:

* Supervise trades and subcontractors.
* Ensure the schedule and key targets are met on time and on budget.
* Ensure the project runs efficiently and safely.

What you will need to succeed:

* Valid First Aid.
* Safety management.
* Baseline security clearance.
* Ability to manage all trades, subcontractors and services across site independently.
* Previous experience across commercial Fitout projects up to $1 million.

This is a contract Site Manager role starting at the end of April with an excellent hourly rate.
